I cannot register, it says provider is blacklisted

We do not allow registering from certain countries:

• Turkey: we do not serve this country because it is not legal to use VPN. We do not want to risk people they do not know this fact
• Nigeria: due to excessive abuse we have decided not to serve this country anymore. We will re-evaluate this decision every year.
