Sorry to hear that... We as VPN Provider and do use several payment providers in order to collect fees. Sometimes your bank, sometimes these providers decide whether or not to decline payment.
Some providers even allow payment but decline afterward. We do not have much control over this process but here are some useful hints:
- If you can reach the payment link, please do not use our VPN or other VPN to complete the payment. If payment provider sees a VPN they may decline it due to increased risk
- Do not try multiple times within a short time, you might wait until you try the 3rd time
- If the payment card/account is in the same account as you are currently visiting the payment link, that is the best scenario. We know this is sometimes not possible. But keep this in mind, please.
In case you have been declined on one provider, feel free to use the next provider with the same details. We do have more than 4 payment providers and 50 payment options. You might also use another payment type such as Bitcoin, PayPal or Creditcard.
