Please use the 'forgot password' menu to restore your password or send you the activation email. You will need to have your login as an email address handy. Just enter your login, and our system will send you two emails with the same content. We do send two emails from 2 different email providers to ensure speed and highest deliverability. You would need only one of the emails. Both emails contain the same content. Once you have received the first one you can ignore the second one or delete it.
Howto Initiate from Browser
Desktop Client
Our Desktop Client version 0.4.0 is still beta and it does not have any 'forgot password' function. For now please install a Browser client and initiate a forgot password. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Next Steps after initiating
After you have initiated the forgot password, you will receive an email with a unique link inside. Please click on that link and follow the instructions to change your password to a new one.
