Do you support IDM (Internet Download Manager) ?

If you are using our Browser extension and IDM, then your connection does not go through a VPN for connections made from outside of the browser. Since IDM is running outside of the browser you cannot use IDM along with browsers VPN connection.

You are probably using IDM Extention for the browser to have a tool to communicate with IDM on your Desktop but this extension is just a helper and does not do the connections.

We know that IDM supports proxy settings but we do not support proxy settings. Our software can only run with our own extension. Not with other protocols.
