What are Residential servers?

Residential servers are third-party servers that are independent from our organisation. Their duration, IP and location are independent from SetupVPN. We cannot guarantee any server's availability and their speed because this all depends on the third-party.

You may be wondering, why would you choose a residential server? A residential server is useful if you need to obtain an IP address and location similar to a home user of the target country. Most of the residential servers are offered from home DSL/ADSL/Cable/Modem users and they are the perfect way to appear as a home user from that country.
